Pure Pressure | Driveway Application Cleaning Glasgow & Power Washing Scotland

1. Introduction

These Terms of Business (the "Terms") govern the provision of power washing and cleaning services by Pure Pressure 1 Ltd ("we," "us," Company No. SC855351, Registered Office: Townhead of Floak Bungalow, Floak, Newton Mearns, Glasgow. G77 6SJ) to you ("the Client"). By booking Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Acceptance creates a binding contract.
2.2. Prices are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT unless stated.
2.3. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer.

3. Client Obligations (Water & Access)

3.1. You must provide free access to an adequate supply of mains water and electricity (outdoor tap/socket).
3.2. You must remove movable items (pots, furniture, vehicles) from the work area before arrival.

4. Liability & Damage Waiver

4.1. Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses, loose pointing, degraded mortar, or cracked paving/render that was not visible prior to cleaning. High-pressure washing can exacerbate these conditions; you accept this risk.
4.2. Claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of completion.

5. Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period

5.1. Consumers booking online have a 14-day right to cancel.
5.2. If you request work to start within this period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the Service is fully performed.

6. General

6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
